Returns and Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item. To request an exchange, contact us at sirinijewellery@gmail.com or +91 98331 14467 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

 

Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange, and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

 

Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at the doorstep are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges.
