Astonished White Meenakari With Pearl Hanging | Antique Finish

The Astonished White Meenakari Maang Tikka has a round antique-gold pendant worked in white enamel with a clear Kundan centre and a single pearl drop below, on an adjustable chain.

It is made by hand at Sirini's workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai; the enamel is filled and kiln-fired before the stones are set.

How to wear it

Set the pendant at your hairline with the parting chain running straight back. The white-and-antique palette suits an ivory, sage or old-rose outfit — pair it with pearl earrings rather than heavy jhumkis.

Care

Perfume and hairspray both harm the enamel and the pearl drop, so keep them well clear, along with water and sweat. Put it on last and off first, wipe with a dry soft cloth, and store it flat and separate. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
