Festive Temple Rani Haar

The Festive Temple Rani Haar is a two-tier necklace and earrings from Sirini Jewellery, cast with South Indian temple motifs — goddess and lotus forms — in a warm antique-gold tone. It sits from the collarbone to a layered drop below.

Handcrafted at Sirini's own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai — the motifs are cast, hand-cleaned, stone-set, then given an antique wash so the carving reads.

How to wear it

Temple gold belongs with Kanjivaram and Banarasi silk. Wear it alone over a contrast blouse, add temple jhumkis and a small maang tikka, and keep the metal tone antique throughout rather than mixing in bright gold.

Care

Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat, put it on last and take it off first, and wipe with a dry soft cloth after wear. Store it flat and separate from other pieces so nothing rubs the plating. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
