Golden Bloom Kalira

This Golden Bloom Kalira is the all-gold version — the same layered-flower dome and cascading tassels, worked in plain gold tone without stones, so it reads as pure metalwork.

It is made by hand at Sirini's own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai; the flowers are stamped and layered by hand.

How to wear it

The stoneless finish suits a bride who wants the kaliras quiet against a heavy lehenga. Tie them to a red or white chooda, and if you want sparkle bring it in through your hathphool instead.

Care

Keep away from water, perfume and sweat — moisture works into the plating and dulls it. Tie and untie them by the cord loops rather than pulling on the domes, wipe with a dry soft cloth, and store the pair hanging or flat. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
