The Pink Kundan Maang Tikka is a maang tikka from Sirini Jewellery in pink Kundan with a fringe of pink bead drops. A maang tikka hangs on a chain along the hair parting — a hook anchors into the hair and a pendant rests on the forehead, framing the face.

Handcrafted at Sirini's own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai, each stone foil-set by hand in the Kundan technique.

How to wear it

Hook it into the hair at the crown so the pendant sits centred on the parting, just above the browline. The bead fringe sits along the hairline, so wear the hair pulled back off the forehead. Pair it with a necklace set in the same stone colour.

Care

Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat — moisture that gets behind the Kundan foil dulls the stones permanently. Lift it out by the hook rather than the pendant when removing it, to keep the chain from stretching. Store it flat in its own pouch.
