The Sirini Carat Gold Polish Polki Kundan With Pink Beads Bridal Passa is a passa (jhoomar): a fanned ornament of pink stones that hooks into the hair above one ear and hangs past the temple, one of the older pieces in North Indian and Hyderabadi bridal dressing.

Handcrafted in Sirini’s own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai — every stone is hand-set over a reflective foil in the Kundan technique.

How to wear it

It sits best on a centre parting with a light tikka. Let the passa lead and keep the choker close to the neck.

Care

Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat — put the piece on last, take it off first, and wipe it only with a dry soft cloth. The fanned tips catch on hair and fabric — handle it gently. Store it flat in its own pouch. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
