Kaliras are the dome-shaped danglers tied to the bride's bangles at the chooda ceremony, traditionally by unmarried sisters and friends. They hang from the wrist and chime as the hand moves.

Handcrafted at Sirini's own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai — the dome is stone-set by hand and each drop is strung and balanced so the kalira hangs evenly.

How to wear it
