Sirini Mehendi Finish Emerald Polki Passa

The Sirini Mehendi Finish Emerald Polki Passa is a side-of-head hair ornament — a fan of emerald-green stones that pins into the hair just above one ear, worn next to the maang tikka rather than instead of it.

Built in Sirini’s own Mumbai workshop — the stones are set by hand and the finish worked in afterwards.

How to wear it

It sits best on a centre parting with a light tikka. Let the passa lead and keep the choker close to the neck.

Care

Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat — put the piece on last, take it off first, and wipe it only with a dry soft cloth. The fanned tips catch on hair and fabric — handle it gently. Store it flat in its own pouch. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
