Teej Polki Choodiyan

Strung finer than the standard Teej set, this Polki Choodiyan from Sirini Jewellery is a delicate stack — narrow bands with a single line of uncut-look stones, for a lighter wrist.

Handcrafted at Sirini's own workshop in Santacruz West, Mumbai, with each small Polki-style stone foil-backed and hand-set along the band.

How to wear it

A fine Polki stack works where the standard set would be too much — with a kurta or a day saree. Wear six or eight together, or split them across both wrists with a plain bangle between.

Care

Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat — moisture that gets behind the Kundan foil dulls the stones permanently, and the wrist takes knocks a necklace never does, so remove it before anything strenuous. Wipe with a dry soft cloth and store each piece separately. Plating and polish are covered by a 1-year warranty.
