How to wear it

Part the hair cleanly down the centre and hook the ends into the hair on each side. It replaces the maang tikka — add small jhumkis and a close choker.

Care

Unhook each side gently rather than pulling the chain straight out of the hair, since the crescent links can bend if forced. Keep it dry, wipe with a soft cloth, and store it flat in its own pouch.
